profid payroll is a sister company of profid accounting, profid techbox and hub by profid.


Founded in 2012, profid consists of a team of 30 professionals with experience in many industries. We provide financial services to over 120 companies, from start-ups to large manufacturing companies, for which we are a strong partner in management decision-making. In addition to providing accounting and payroll services, we also maintain a network of independent financial professionals, hub by profid. Our profid techbox provides integration, optimization and automation of work processes and systems.

Petra Svobodová

head of profid payroll

Since 2020, I have been working at profid as a senior consultant and head of payroll. My career includes experience in financial accounting at Česká pojišt'ovna, managing corporate training projects and mystery shopping at KNO Česko. I have worked on payroll in small and large companies, combining work with data and the human stories behind it. I spend my free time doing sports, culture and exploring foreign countries, cities and nature.

Veronika Bartošová

consultant

After several years in administration in a state-owned company, where I worked closely with the payroll department, I was attracted to working in payroll. Two years ago I joined profid, where I have now been promoted to consultant and will have my first junior. I enjoy working with numbers and dealing with employee related issues. In my spare time, I am involved in fitness training and coaching people in both fitness and nutrition, which is as fulfilling as my job.​​

Monika Štěrbová

I have been with the company since 2023 and am currently working as a junior payroll accountant. During my time at profid, I have mastered complex payroll administration and am constantly improving my skills to provide maximum support to clients. What I enjoy most about my work is the precision and attention to detail that allows me to be a reliable support to our clients. In my free time I like to do sports and travel.​

Veronika Široká

I joined profid in September 2024 as office manager. After three months I got the chance to gain experience in the payroll team as a junior payroll accountant. I appreciate the company mainly because it has a great atmosphere, it allows me to develop myself and still maintain a balance between work and free time, which I use mainly for family trips with my partner and our daughter. I like to clear my head by playing sports, reading books or going to music festivals. ​

David Jelen

I co-founded profid in 2012 together with my current wife Katka. What I enjoy most about profid is the complexity that accompanies a relatively simple requirement: can you do accounting? Setting up collaborations, harmonizing the team, optimizing processes, it's all very fulfilling work. Well, when I'm not in profid, you can find me somewhere having a beer or doing whatever my two young daughters are currently interested in.  


Bastiaan Brouns

I joined profid at the beginning of 2022, but our cooperation started in 2014, when I was one of profid’s first clients. David and Jindra invited me to help shape the firm's strategy, and I stayed - mostly because of the people and the atmosphere they create together. My colleagues are experts, and are always willing and ready to help. In my spare time, you will most often find me outdoors - cycling, hiking, walking the dog or working in the garden.​​

Martina Dolejší

office manager

I am a fresh addition to the profid family as of January 2025. I have been in administrative positions almost all my professional life, but I also have experience in marketing, PR and HR. Perhaps that is why I hold the position of office manager in our company, which fulfills me with its diversity and broad scope. I also like variety in my leisure time, I am an avid cyclist, occasional actress and painter. I love reading books, the company of friends, theatre, cinema and last but not least good food.


profid's history

2012

ProFid s.r.o. was founded by David Jelen and Kateřina Bílková (now Jelenová). profid's first client was the publishing house Luxury Guide, for which we provided accounting services.

2015

New clients came to us and the team was expanded.

2016

Our revenue has doubled since our founding in 2012.

2017

profid celebrated five years of its existence and our then seven-member team has grown by 20 clients. Revenues tripled year-on-year.

2018

The company and team continued to expand and the original members became partners. Revenues doubled again year-on-year.

2019

Jindra Předotová (now Boudal) joined us as managing partner.

2021

The team grew to 20 people who were responsible for nearly 100 customers. Our revenue was 70% higher than in 2018.

2022

Our team of 25 people served over 100 customers. profid's revenue increased by 50% year-on-year.

2023

profid launched hub by profid and profid techbox.

2025

profid enters its next phase by establishing separate legal entities for its separate business lines and adding profid accounting and profid payroll
